Policies

Shipping 

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • $10 flat rate shipping on all orders.
  • We are not responsible for any delays with the mail carriers. 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Local pickup

  • Free local pickup is available at no cost.
  • Orders are ready for local pickup within 24-48 hours after your order had been placed or invoice has been paid. 
  • You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
  • Local pickups are Monday through Fridat 8:00am-5:00pm.

    Returns and exchanges

    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email shop@theriverroseco.com. Orders placed within 30 days will be eligible for a store credit only.  Items must be unused and returned in its original condition. If your return meets these requirements, you will receive a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping cost.
    • All sales or clearance items are final and are NOT eligible for return.
    • Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost on returns.
    • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@theriverroseco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
