Shipping
- All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- $10 flat rate shipping on all orders.

We are not responsible for any delays with the mail carriers.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Local pickup
- Free local pickup is available at no cost.
- Orders are ready for local pickup within 24-48 hours after your order had been placed or invoice has been paid.
- You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
- Local pickups are Monday through Fridat 8:00am-5:00pm.

Returns and exchanges
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email shop@theriverroseco.com. Orders placed within 30 days will be eligible for a store credit only. Items must be unused and returned in its original condition. If your return meets these requirements, you will receive a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping cost.
- All sales or clearance items are final and are NOT eligible for return.
- Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost on returns.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@theriverroseco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
